I picked up a Japanese Imported CBR1000RR. I soon realized it was restricted for the Japanese domestic market. It also was speed limited at 185kph.
I removed the bung from the left air intake below the filter.
Next i replaced the stacks with standard ones.
The part numbers are below.

Then I rewired the ECU. Not exactly sure how this little black box works. You remove 6 wires from the grey ECU plug, they go into the box and return back to the ECU plug.
Below is the finished job.
After a test ride the speed limit is removed and the bike appears to have more power.
I'm not sure if there is any baffles in the exhaust to remove.

You young fellas eh,surely more than enough when ridden on roads for which they were designed for,the best bits of road on such a bike you wont see anything like 185.
