FFS soft hardley dangerous riders... I had to pass over the crown range to get there, WHILE IT WAS SLEATING dont talk to me about bell end's

anyway it was so farking a mean ride over we went back again and the next day back over, no sleat but bit a snow just above...

and then to day on the way home it was bloody hot enough to fry a towl heads policemans hat (no pun atended)

Friday the 13th and I finally have something to rant about.
PVC downpipe, why the fuck can they not make all 65mm downpipe the same size. Taken me much longer to do a job that should have been straight forward. But oh no, had to file down a couple of pieces to make them fit together, same as the 80-65 reduction sockets. Bastards.

Apart from that, life is still pretty Orsum.

wait till you have rectangular down pipes, leaves bridge esp on the joins and build up causing hassles, along with 70s low height spouting and built in fascia, add pine needles and leaves. makes for a wet time by all. have to check every month bugger.

and pine needles slippery for mbike and disaster when wet.

I've spent many a year in that industry ... the key to understand it is ... pressure pipe or non pressure pipe.

Down pipe (spouting pipe work) is not pressure pipe. (different sizes) Buy your piping from the SAME manufacturer.

Plus ... some/most pressure pipe uses the same (actual) dimensions that were used when pipe was measured in inches. Close ... but no cigar ...

...cleaning your spoutings is most important...I didn't clean ours for twenty years and now we just have a wet carpet to live on...the house just disappeared...some of the glass in the windows is still unbroken if anyone wants it...my wife blamed motorbikes but now that she rides one, that problem has diminished...

All new marley 65mm, with new 80mm gutter droppers. Not a newbie myself when it comes to pvc pipe, as I have done bloody miles and miles of 80 and 100 and 110 effluent lines, plus ducting for telecom and the powerboard. Had to explain in great detail to the lady in placemakers that I did not want reduction sockets for my socket set.
