Biketranz - used three times, always a hassle-free service. They have specific pick up and delivery days though, and do don't the run for a single bike (as far as I am aware), so don't call them expecting the bike to be picked up tomorrow and delivered the next day. Just email them for a quote - there's no obligation and it's better than getting a guesstimate from here.

Biketrans, used a few times, CHC to AK about $450 from memory.
Works out less than taking time off, flying down, riding back.....but not as much fun.
