If you want to use your cell while driving (cause its part of your business) then maybe you should invest in a hands free kit and not get butt-hurt when someone else points out you shouldn't be on your phone while driving.....

What a load of crap. Next you'll be saying we shouldn't talk to the passenger either.

Exactly. Just because it's a law doesn't make it right.

This whole cell phone crap is yet another "answer" to a non-problem. Let's just blame it on the device and completely ignore the fact that a cell phone is just another tool of the distracted driver.

Lets concentrate on the mindset that allows the driver to be distracted in the first place instead of trying to find scapegoats.

I used to. Only reason I don't now is because I've mellowed out in regards to the "urgency" of incoming calls.

And for the record I have NEVER been distracted from my driving while I was talking on the phone. For me it's no different to talking to the passenger - as long as driving is maintained as the number one priority then there shouldn't be a problem.

From a legal standpoint you are correct.

And shit-heads with "Go-Pros" need to learn that they are not their "brother's" keeper.

Basically, we ALL need to just chill-out and not worry about things that are of no real consequence in the overall scheme of things. Something I've been working on my whole life and am only now starting to succeed at after 50 years.

There have also been deaths from people not on the phone, quite alot more actually so maybe they need to change the law so everyone has to use their phones all the time because less people get killed that way

Not to mention that he himself did two improper moves putting himself in danger. And operating a vehicle in noisey manner by unneeded angry engine rev, $600 fine...
I'm so sick of crap like this appearing in my news feeds from self appointed 'expert drivers'...

    So the score is:
    Van driver - using phone, 1 x undertaking, 1 x disorderly behaviour.
    Biker - 2 x improper manoeuvre, 1 x noisey use of vehicle, 1 x obstructing traffic, 1 x disorderly behaviour instigating confrontation.

Not to mention riding/owning sports bike which in all likeliness means regular breaking of speed limits by large margins....

'you really don't want to be in a fight with leathers and a full face helmet on...'

    Errrrmmm...Yes you do.

The more views the rider gets the more money google pay him, he has probably made $40 from this faux outrage, what people will do for 5 minutes in the spotlight

Theory is nice but doesn't change the fact you're trading mobility and thermal freedom for a small amount of protection.

Unless you have also been training in said gear it makes you slower and more clumsy.
Anything I'm a glove that protects your hand makes your punches less effective ( brass knuckles aka knuckle dusters press the load onto your thumb and palm, not your knuckles. ) and a helmet limits your movements and cuts your senses.

If you're not a brawler and you are in full leather and regular brawler is your opponent you need to be swift and decisive. He needs to hit the deck before he knows the fight is on or your fucked.

Most people that know how to fight don't pick fights,
