We'll be okay, Trina and Ann can be at the front, and I know 1st aid.

I think that place is always busy on the weekends.

Your two options look like either would be great rides anyway.

    Oko 11:30 am

Aim for 11:30 at the Oko.

Red Knights wont be there till 12 ish and lets face it, most group riders stand around talking tyres/chains and the wonder that is heated grips for the first hour.

It's ok, the Red Knights are just a firefighters motorcycle club.

    You should be safe.

What a fantastic ride out today. Bloody cold at Okoroire I have to say. The best bit? Catching up with an old KB member I have not seen in about 8 years, he hasn't changed a bit. Good to see so many bikes out and about on a crisp, winter day. At least some of us got out and did not sit in our warm, toasty little houses, wearing slippers, taking swipes

Great riding conditions, sunshine all the way, clouded over a hour after we got home.
Note to self: When at the Oko pub during winter, sit/eat indoors even when the sun is out, it tends to stay behind the trees.

Yip Waylander was there, he last logged in five years ago. Talk over some epic party's from years ago with Mike, two in Tauranga one at Gulf Harbour and a couple further north.

A joyousness moment when I parked the bike an hour from home and there's 15 mm's of a screw sticking out of the front tyre, then that whew moment when you touch it and it falls out, just the tip of the screw was in the tyre.
