Sorry mate , what is a peacock? i ll try to increase the idle up to 1300 , hope it will help...

Flat spot is up to 2000+ it never boggs completely , just slow increase in rpms....for example it is difficult to go steep hill from 0.....

If you set idle at 1300 ... 2000 is not much higher.

You do not ride a 250cc bike like a 750 cc bike ... nor expect they will perform the same.

"Low RPM" issues ... is the clue.

8-11,000 RPM is the zone you need for any real (fast) response. Below that ... don't expect too much ..
