Mixed doubles and sidecars at the two-hour?

Initial attempt to see if there is enough interest in the mixed doubles and sidecar endurance to justify taking up two hour practice time and buying trophies for first and second (or just 1st) for the sidecars and bottles of cheap nasty fizzy wine for the mixed doubles.

We have run a mixed doubles race on the Saturday of the two hour, I think we missed last year due to lack of interest. Only criteria for a team is two genders. Format would be ladies first, first to ten laps gets the chequers for rider change and then the blokes take over to finish the twenty laps. One or two bikes can be used.
If we resurect it this year how much interest would there be?

Also sidecar endurance race on the Saturday if enough interest, 20 laps is a long way on one of these so I'll suggest that as a first guess.

Date would be 21st November, the day before the two hour.

Not us. Every lap on my two stroke not in the 2 hour is increasing the risk of not getting through the 2 hour. And I have no interest in riding the tractor

If the agricultural machinery operator is keen at all I'm sure we could find a ring in for you.
Doesn't seem to be a lot of interest at the moment, we could always get the nasty wine and give it to the two hour teams to spray the crowd with if the mixed doubles doesn't happen.
