It is when you are being forced against your will to not render assistance. I didn't think you'd understand.
Awful, if not funny, inference.
Oh dear. You do realise that helping others, thanked or not, is what underpins Resource Based Economy and therefore NOW. Obviously you don't realise that, which isn't surprising given your perpetual lack of understanding. I have high hopes for you though... once you get into your stride like.

But he wasn't being forced against his will not to help, he agreed not to help when he started work. If he changed his mind then he could have quit and drove around looking for people to help without exposing his employer to vexatious or extortionate litigation.
Fact is a lot of Americans have decided to treat people who help like criminals, the perfectly natural response to which is not to bother helping them. I don't know what you find so hard about all that, doctors have been avoiding helping people there for years. Your usual rant blaming everyone but yourself for every conceivable problem is just more of the same bullshit, it'll have the same result in the long run.

He was "told" (ticked a box/signed disclaimer/needed a job and signed anyway etc...) to do something illegal, Accessory Before The Fact, and that he wasn't allowed save someone even if he wanted to. He was being forced to let someone die in the future, no ifs and or buts. That there is am permit for such a thing shows just how vexatious and corrupt business has become.
I'm fine with a Dr being allowed to say no to someone they wish not to treat, not so much Dr's being allowed to treat who they are told to be allowed to treat. So nope, as per usual not blaming anyone at all, just tiptoeing through the Ocean of piss poor assumption and inference... amongst other assorted bullshit.

Bullshit, he signed a perfectly legal agreement and then broke it, nobody was forcing him to do anything. There's no "permit" required for US businesses to require their employees to treat only who they're told and nobody else. And the vexatious and litigious behaviour isn't that of healthcare businesses, it's the fuckwits that attempt to extort "damages" from them.
And nobody gives a fuck what you're "OK" with, you're about as capable of assessing moral culpability as a lightly grilled stoat on a stale bun.

He signed an agreement and broke it. Where is Accessory Before The Fact legal? The law is the permit numbnutz. Accessory Before The Fact is not legal, therefore the contract isn't worth the paper it's written on. And then you claim that you're taking the high ground on Moral culpability bwaaaaaaa ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
