Anyone racing a Yamaha R15? How do they go? Thoughts?

Dean has one rode it at BOB crashed because of the stock tyres (so he says)

He goes well on his Ninja in 250's , maybe you should get one of those

2 running up in Auckland, One not used for a while and the other in B grade, not as easy as a FXR to get going well.

Yup I was following him on the GP125 when he crashed. I was gaining on him on the corners but he had a little bit on the straights, which isn't saying much as the GP125 is not the fastest. Didn't seem fast enough to battle with any of the FXR's on the straights, but it had all it's road gear on so hard to know. I imagine if anyone were to race one it buckets they would want to give it a bit of a tickle to keep up with the FXR's
