So I was right, 35s would be a good lap.

What time should I rock up on Saturday, 9am?

Does anyone have a front slick they want to sell?

Turn up any time you like, we'll be there Friday night. If you get there and the gate is locked I'll be in the blue tent next to the transit. I might swear at you a bit if you wake me up but I will let you in. 8:30 is probably a good time if you want to park, unload bikes and be ready for sign on.

Heads up on a possible date change.

Edgecumbe is likely (95%) to move to either 6-7 or 13-14 February to free up April for a possible fourth round on the back track at Manfeild.

I should have confirmation by next week. If Manfeild doesn't come off we may be down to a three round series unless inspiration strikes. We are reasonably confident we can make this fly although the entry fee for Manfeild will be higher than the normal $30

Mental good weekend. Love the North Island series. Cheers for the intense competition and thanks to the legendary people who make it happen as always!

I sat out the last race today because I had definitely done enough laps over the weekend to be happy and wanted to take some photos.
This is the first lap. Will kooked the start and had to fight back from like 10th or something. Good racing lads.

Yep, good weekend's racing. The Mk2 ford was flying out there. Few issues with Scott's engine tying up early on in the day, but as for the 50, what a hoot! Besides being thrown down the track more than once and handed around, it performed awesome for its first outing.

As Nick said, great weekend, even the weather did its part faultlessly. Well run and was amazed how efficient the main races were got through on the Sunday, went like clockwork.

Will get some footage up over the week and post the links through the GPR thread, keep you posted...
