Put Ego to one side for a moment - if you took a random sample of 1000 Men and a 1000 Women - would you see the same characteristics between both groups and with the same distribution? We would expect the sample of Men to have higher strength (on average up to 50% higher), We would expect the group of Women to have better social skills. When I talk about the differences - it is not from a point of view of superiority, but simply that there are differences between the Sexes, it also doesn't mean that overall one is better than the other. In Certain contexts Males on average do better than Females, but in others - Women on average outperform Men.
The problem that various Mens groups have is that there are societal differences between how men and women are treated - many of these are left overs from when Women weren't seen as Equals, they were both simultaneously oppressed and protected (couldn't vote or own land but couldn't be drafted into Battle) We now have Acts protecting Womens rights from when they were oppressed, but we don't have anything that revokes some of the protections that they had.
