Well, it wasn't me saying it and the guy who did had direct access to that environment at the top level, and he saw it, alot by the sounds of things. I'm certain that such practice exists. I'm certain that it calls into question what is viewed as common practice by both the industry and the end user alike. I'm certain that it brings into question all research irrespective of how sound the science is. I'm certain of a great many things. I'm certain that the ramifications of my certainty's are being laid out for all to see, tis just that some don't want to see it, or write it off as conspiracy twaddle, or denier twaddle, or culled by source insanity etc... I'm certain that you won't understand that perspective
