My AU XR6 once a year will have the left front window lower but not return. Only once a year.
Fixed by clicking the switch up down about 30 times ........ sorted.
Last time I pulled it apart cleaned it out with a can of air and gave it a squirt with contact cleaner. I'ts overdue to reoccur so I may...... have fixed it.
The night bulb on my daughters 99 Corolla auto selector has blown. Bloody $1 bulb is buried under the selector works - I can just touch it but not remove. More panels will need removing! Stupid design. A access hold and tidy plug would have been easy as would have been locating the bulb 20mm further south!
Bikes are often the same - removing the rear footpeg hangers off my Ducati - stupidy long task due to access issues. They must have been added early in the bikes build-up at the factory.

Resort to siphoning the old coolant out by inserting enough tube to fill with liquid - don't want to suck coolant into mouth [if I want that thrill will drink Russian champagne]... about an hour later still getting it drained. Once drained, refill radiator and overflow tank, start bike and let it run and check for air bubbles as the manual says to do... then leave idling until fan kicks in to make sure temp sensor switch is working. Once satisfied all is OK, replace all the fairings and in process drop one screw cap into the "workings" and finally retrieve with magnet screwdriver... once finished give bike a wash and take for ride the next day
