I'm sorry you feel that way, however I have not visited Facebook recently, nor encouraged anyone else to.
I have no control over what anyone else says, or does on the Internet.
Your drivers, who are driving your trucks on public roads however, are fair game if they bring attention to themselves through inconsiderate, or reckless driving, as well as inappropriate gestures towards the general public.
It's not illegal to take videos or photos in public places, nor to share them on the Internet.
There may even be some unhappy drivers in other vehicles that were caught up in the antics. Maybe even some dash cam...
If you have a problem with this, the clearest option would be to prevent it from happening in the first place. Most companies have policies in place to deal with this type of thing. It's just a part of being in the 21st century.
