It just gets more weird by the day. Kellyanne Conway when being asked on TV about the muslim ban pointed out that Obama had done a similar thing previously when two Iraqis became radicalised and organised the massacre at Bowling Green (Kentucky). What's wrong with that? Nothing, except that the "Bowling Green Massacre" exists entirely in her mind. No such event took place. Well, not yet anyway.
The Department of Defence had an Al Queda video clip on their website, apparently presented as captured during the recent botched raid. Unfortunately people recognised the clip as one that had been shown previously, closer examination showed the clip to be ten years old. The DOD have now removed the clip from their website. That clip is about as believable as the Pentagon statements about the raid.
Trump tweeted overnight about paid protesters. People are wondering how they might go about getting one of these paid protester positions. The "paid protesters" was fake news. The only person genuinely known to have paid people to attend a political meeting is Trump himself. Although the firm that he engaged to organise the casting call had to wait months for their money.

As far as i know the only massacre at Bowling Green Ky, was when T C Christensen took out a mess of Harleys on the "Hogslayer" Norton double...
Used to be a very famous drag race meeting there. Well, this is still a M/c forum...
The presentation of "alternative facts" has got to get somewhat better. This administration is under more scrutiny than any previous.
It fucking should be if it's built there and then trundled half way around the world.
The thing is, shit's currently cheap as chips because the US moved most of their manufacturing off shore, to where the wages were much, much lower.
Anyone that thinks they can bring it back without the associated cost increases is delusional.

Do you honestly believe you come up with that shit all by yourself?
Ha that's funny.
You do realise that shit comes from the same outfit that legitimately calls Bruce / Catlyn Jenner a "woman"
Perhaps, or nationalism.
If you want New Zealand to become a district of global governance?
Well I guess it's going to happen anyway or SHIFT.
simple question, why did the Soviets modify a air-raid shelter into a gas chamber? what was their intention?
A bunch of mentally enslaved morons egged on by the fascist media.
I'd say these cowards behind their covered up faces are mostly anarchists.

I've begun to wonder if that's a brilliant piece of misdirection.
The "massacre" was used as the claimed trigger for a 6 month ban on Iraqi refugees.
... but that ban also didn't happen. (Actual event was re-vetting of said refugees, after those two guys were arrested, and this caused delays. There was no outright ban).
Now, however, everyone who knows about the false claim talks about the massacre that didn't happen, and she apologised for it. Nobody seems to be talking about how the 6 month ban was also false. (I noticed this on network news, not just internet forums).
It's like their style is to use one outrageous falsehood to act as a "sacrificial fact" to mask another slightly more complex less outrageous falsehood. Bannon/Breitbart influence on style?

Aye, the fly in the ointment there being "what Trump believes".
His ignorance is simply unbelievable, even a very basic review of history would indicate that market protectionism produces exactly the opposite result to what he's suggesting: http://asia.nikkei.com/Politics-Econ...hina-trade-war
US trade policy has always been about bullying smaller markets into line, it's what their whole standard of living is based on, it'll be interesting to see how the new big kids on the block respond to those tactics.
