I did say it required corroborating evidence for the suggestion to be worth considering; obviously the corroborating evidence would be to validate the suggestion, not simply go deeper down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theory with the Oded Yinon Plan.

So I do not see why it is worth considering if there is no substance to it. That would simply be a waste of time.

In what sense? The terms fake news and alternative facts are accurately applied to that which is promoted from second hand sources without supporting evidence or basic fact checking. There is no echo chamber at play in describing it thusly, since there is no unverifiable theory being echoed around until it achieves the semblance of validity.
