I think you need to keep in mind AKA was charged and sentenced and plead guilty with contempt of court not really anything to do with his politics per say.
He was charged and pleady guilty to breaching a court order relating to his actions in filming and broadcasting the events and witnesses. Including at one time in the court.
AFAIK all his other arrests and sentences have been to do with dishonesty assault and fraud.

The apeal to the crown never mentioned this
AKA has many convictions for Fraud.
AKA also never mentioned be was found in contempt for filming and broadcasting
SOmething he was already found guilty and given a suspended sentenced for and warned about.

At the Leeds hearing it is reported that the judge viewed "the video footage" - LeedsLive 29th May. According to the Yorkshire Evening Post 29th May 2018, Mr Robinson expressed "deep regret" and thought that what he was saying was already in the public domain.
