The Partial Test Ban Treaty (PTBT) is the abbreviated name of the 1963 Treaty Banning Nuclear Weapon Tests in the Atmosphere, in Outer Space and Under Water, which prohibited all test detonations of nuclear weapons except for those conducted underground

Well given Trumps previous history with treaties I cant see that stopping him. Fact of the matter is its fake news though.

Its still better than the liberal idea that proposed a giant air conditioner to stop global warming. (global warming is fake news too kinda ironic huh?)

There was a letter written to trump signed by 1100 economists including 4 noble laureates warning him that his trade war will cause a depression and cost more jobs than it saves.
Turns out that multi times bankrupt trump knows better.
this is a guy whose stunning lack of business accruement has resulted in accumulating ess money than if his father inheritance was just put in a bank.

Now that I have had a quick look back to the start of this thread I can see the poster Yokel you are referring to. Nope not me but I hope he comes back as it seems he was one of the few talking some sense on here way back. I was never posting on this forum at the election but was on here back over 10 years ago or something pretty sure was posting under the same name I am now too. Not sure if this forum got some history deleted or they upgraded or something but something has changed between then and now for my old acc to disappear (maybe because I didnt use it? but im sure the mods can help you with that inner dr watson of yours thats screaming to get out).
