Without wishing to take a position on this personally, the Democrats seem to agree. They are keeping their impeachment charges super simplistic so that the voters are not confused. F'rinstance they aren't even using the 10 obstruction charges in the Mueller Report. They are neatly laid out, ready to go but...
The Republicans also seem to agree, nobody with an IQ above room temperature will be sucked in by the evasions and distractions they are employing.

What was the latest fox poll - 50% want him impeached and removed? Think a fair amount of the US general public do not share your view.

They need to rid themselves of all the Marxists/Socialists/Communists in their Ranks and stand on some centre-left policies. Then they would have a pretty decent shot at Winning.
