Business as usual here in the Philippines. Except that I had to use sanitiser before I entered the bank. And before anyone mentions the possibility of the virus
on the doors, the armed security guards open them for me.

There are armed guards at all banks, malls, and most supermarkets and major stores. Took a bit of getting used to, but they're very polite and friendly. If
you happen to be carrying a bag, they'll check in it to see that you're not carrying a weapon. (Hand guns are legal for locals but not foreigners.)

Was in a Mitre 10 store in Hornby Saturday which had a large pallet of those cheap handyman around the house paper face masks and all the white folks just walked by laughing at the sight of silly Asians queuing at the pallet grabbing handfuls of boxes. Why are Japanese and Chinese obsessed with bloody face masks? Any excuse and on they go. Masks are not working against this virus you idiots but carry on panic buying.

See how easy it is to understand different things if you actually think about them?
well before this Virus crap started I booked and payed for air tickets to Thailand so
I could spend 3 weeks riding along the Mekong river...
I leave on the 29 March.... And fuck the bloody virus I'm going...
On average 42 motorcyclist's get killed a day in Thailand I think that
is a far bigger risk than the Virus..
