Someone who was not a Property owner, did not come from wealth, did not have a job, did not win the Lottery - in short did not have means starts a charity and *miraculously* suddenly acquires a Housing portfolio worth Millions.

Step 1: Collect donations for BLM (all above board)
Step 2: Use BLM donations to pay for 'consultancy' and 'art services' which just so happen to be to people close to the BLM Leadership or owned by the BLM Leadership. Consulting and Art being two services that are very difficult to quantify the value of, so large sums can be paid without it being odd.
Step 3: ????
Step 4: Profit (or in this case - become a Property Tycoon like every Kleptocratic African Marxist)
Step 5: Step down from Leadership as you've made you money from your obvious rort.

And then you add in the various Black Communities (and especially Black Mothers) who curiously say the same thing:

- We had a Tragedy
- BLM showed up to collect Donations
- We haven't heard from them since nor have we received a dime

That the "property portfolio" lists house prices of a couple of million does not necessarily mean thats how much cash changed hands. They could be mortgaged to the eyeballs, using capital gain of the first, modestly priced ($510k and $590K isn't that much) houses to leverage the later purchases. She DOES have an income, the Warner TV deal among them. You (and I) just don't know, but you are determined to paint things in the worst possible light, because you don't agree with her politics. Capital Gains? in less than 5 years? With US house prices (which are a hell of a lot more stable than NZ on average)? On Multiple houses?

The problem here, is guess who were the people who came up with and popularized the phrase 'Black Lives Matter' - that would be the same group of Marxists who run BLM the Organization.
