Sorry I forget at times I need to spell things out phonetically and spoon feed those used to digesting preprepared narratives from mainstream media telling them what opinions and thoughts to have.
Violent protest is not ok and it’s certainly not ok at all in the first instance. Although some of the springbok mostly peaceful stuff turned into riotous behaviour at its conclusion that’s very different to what’s happening now.
Some people in society think it’s ok to resort to straight out violence and intimidation in first instance they are confronted with an idea they don’t like. That’s not ok.
If you cared to watch the clip you’d have heard about an 80 year old lady having her eardrums damaged and needing medical attention after a protestor infiltrated a meeting and blew it behind her head.
This nonsense will continue while we have non independent media flaming fires with govt subsidised opinion pieces masquerading as news.
