I understood it was confirmed for next year only? Great news if it's long term.

JM came through his test day at Misano OK so his first race will be Brno. One silver lining is he should be fully recovered from his injuries suffered before the season.

    Sachsenring this weekend!

The guys who were testing at BRNO said the track had been resurfaced and were doing 2secs faster than the lap record..

This weekend could be quite interesting, MM for a double (assuming he doesnt get bored and lose concentration), then Bez, then maybe Zarco if its wet

I'd read that he was still suffering. Ribs are painful and take another age to heal. The more you break the less support there is. He broke 11!!
You can't train and he's been out for a while now.
If you get impatient you put yourself backwards.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

And of course Liberty are now 84% owners of motogp.
Sachenring ussually has huge numbers which flys in the face of some of the reasons that are mooted why the crowds at Siverstone are so low(dont hold it so close to the TT you half wits).ie no are no "home" riders. There arent in Germany either.
There is conjecture that Liberty may be present to try to gauge why they attract large numbers

Simple! Because it is exciting racing - unlike the snooze-fest that is F1

I (they)was comparing why Germany always seems to attract a large crowd but the British GP at Silverstone doesnt

The MotoGP medical staff decided he wasn't ready for this weekend but should be OK for Brno. It's the summer break after that and you do wonder whether waiting another month would have been wise.

I watched the end of FP 1 live on Three now. I'd forgotten how bad the TNT commentary is, they barely mentioned what was happening on the track.

    And today, 7.5 secs.

Rumour has it that the championship will likely be won before the fly-aways.

This is really crazy... and tbh we may never see this kind of thing again...

And only 10 riders finished the race!
MM is really beginning to make all the others look rather ordinary at this point.

A lot of people said it was boring.. but the battles behind Marc were pretty good... and there was always a chance he was going to drop it like everyone else..
