I'm going for a ride RIGHT NOW!

The sun is shining, here is my cellphone, probably best to text rather than call as I'll be on my bike but I'll stop every now and then to check if anyone's keen to go for a small ride around the east aucks area? (maraeta, kawakawa etc).

    021 2603518 !

I've been doing way too much suburban riding because of winter, so I'm probably gonna be trying to find some nice twisties to practice my cornering and quite possibly fall off, so it'd be awesome if someone was there to laugh at me !

OK, I'm going out now, to all of you at work, HA!

And once again zeocen is taking advantage of the day! Carpe Diem! Ride for all of us that can't get out there at the moment!

Remember these halcyon days ... and before you say "that word means nuffink ta me" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halcyon <-- clicky here!

For when you are one of the waged masses with your hours pre-ordained, cast a fond memory through sepia-toned glasses and with a faint glimmer of a tear in your eye, those care-free days where you could ride with gay abandon.

Cast adrift from the shackles of mendacity, loose on the sea of serendipity... but above all, fun and fancy-free!

Go ride you big galoot you! Ride like a shiny demon was behind you and the portals of Gehenna swallowing up that black lane of freedom beneath your zephyr steed!

Woo, that was a good ride, went through the Goat Track then to hunua, stopped at the falls to have a bit of meditation (hommmmmm, hommmm..), then took a detour to the dam, very slippery road up there! Then headed back via Monument Road to Clevedon, then back home!

And to make you all hate me a little bit more, here are some pics! The only bad thing about these rides is that I cannot share them with you all in person

    1: Generic foliage!
2: Stream with bridge at the bottom of the hunua falls
    3: Hunua waterfall
4: A pic that I thought was a good one that I put black lines on :P for a background hehe, a pic of my beautiful bike!

Well done that man, now get back to work and earn some coin so you can afford to put gas into your ride for future endeavours like that!
