OK, quick update so that I don't bore people anymore re the tyres.
Final choice was the Metzeler Z6 Road Tech. Probably more suitable to my riding than anything super sticky( I probably couldn't get the super sport rubber up to temp anyway, being the old fart that I have become).
Once again Hamilton m/cycles supplied first class service, and swapped the rubber out quick smart.
I have also enclosed a pic of the beautiful Ohlins shock that will grace the old Trump (thanks to Robert again for the freindly and knowledgeable service)
NZ doesn't know how fortunate it is to have men of Roberts caliber guiding its riders to safer, more enjoyable riding.
