    Your favourite Doors album?

    The Doors
    Strange Days
    Waiting for the Sun
    The Soft Parade
    Morrison Hotel
    L.A. Woman
    Other, do tell

I've always been a fan. Have recently acquired some 30 plus albums of theirs and am working my way through them, very interesting. Currently stuck on Morrison hotel and strange days, i can't seem to get sick of them!

We're you lucky enough to be alive when they were around? I'd be interested to hear your opinion of them / Jim.

I've always been a huge fan. In my youth I had a few albums but now I only have one greatest hits type CD.

Hard to pick just one, but I'm going to go The Soft Parade, mainly because I really love that song, often just listen to it over and over again when I'm in a "special" kind of mood.

I prefer the Echo and the Bunnymen version myself.....I'm afraid to say I'm another who has never actually listened to a doors album other than a greatest hits job...

Not real famil with all the albums, but I think L.A. Woman rocks. I *love* Riders Of The Storm...the thunder/rain backdrop is just awesome.

Oops, I chose Waiting for the Sun but meant The Doors.

Waiting for the sun is my favourite song, but I enjoy more songs from The Doors than Morrison Hotel.

LA woman. Love "Cars Hiss by My Window". Very bluesy side. Of course LA woman itself is a Doors classic.

Got a copy of a live concert at home that I listen to very frequently.

Yes I was around in the years before Jim died.

Been to his grave in France to pay homage.

The Doors were the best as far as I was concerned.

Always regret never having the opportunity of seeing them in concert.
