I ride the dirt, I ride the tide
I search the outside, search inside
I know I'll always burn to be
Remind me of what left this outlaw torn

Hope you get it back. Sucks that you were visiting NZ and shit like that happens.
And that comment from Ghostrider aint won him any popularity contests.
Nothing exceeds like excess.
Is everyone sure? I actually thought it was posted "tongue-in-cheek", a p/t meant in jest. I could be wrong, of course as I don't know him.
I do agree with the general sentiments expressed, though, the scumbags should be summarily dealt with. Having been the victim of theft, as I suppose many here have, one feels violated and even "lesser" thefts can unsettle you.
I hope the footage helps, Steve. All the best.
You don't get to be an old dog without learning a few tricks.
Shorai Powersports batteries are very trick!
It looks pretty close to this one doesn't it.

Yeah thats what I was thinking, If I wasn't in Vancouver and I still don't have a phone I'd give him a call and tell him he might want to check it out. The tires look different and the exhaust looks like its been chopped around where his one was starting to blue. I could be wrong but how many Road Kings with the same paint and ape hangers could there be. Could some one local give him a call and give him the heads up.
Maybe a fellow kiwibiker harley Expert could check the pics to see if we are on the right track etc
If I'm wrong sorry to the seller![]()
pack of bastards....
got any contacts in the back patch scene?
large wedge of cash no questions asked and bikes mysteriously reappear
chances are bike is either
a) broken into parts and numbered parts destroyed
b) in a container being shipped elsewhere in the world
look on trade me and flea bay for parts that are off your bike
Lets see.
: Both these bikes look to have the same paint scheme.
: It would take any handiman little time to convert the stolen Road King into the TM bike.
: Several key after-market components (pipes, bars, chrome) are identical.
: It has been deliberately photographed covered in dust.
: The bike is surrounded by unidentifieable dead bikes and rubbish.
: All means of identification has been either blurred, covered or removed. (not uncommon in TM bike vehicle sales).
: The bike on TM is an 04' done 7,000km.
: The buynow price is $17.1k, about 2/3rds current market value. (The street price for an 04' Road King (done under 10k) is around $25,000).
Hmmmmmmmmmm
If it looks like chicken, and smells like chicken..............![]()
