ok ,so I talked to Steph at Manfeild today....
they are happy to run the long track for bikes all day with our volunteers as long as the weather plays ball and its not too dangerous to ride the long track.

Thank you all for volunteering! If you have volunteered to marshall the AM, please report to outside the Park office at 8:45am for the marshall meeting.
This is the list i have so far:
    AM:
    Toast
    Scratcha
    Luke/AJTurbo
    Clivoris
    Duke Girl

    PM:
    Leong
    Duckaddict
    AJTurbo/Luke
    Duke Girl
    Korea

Thank you all very much! PM me if you have any queries... and i'll drop you my cell number if you need it too.
    cheers!

Im more than happy to come help out this weekend, however I would need a lift there! Though if I left now and took cans of gas and oil then I may make it on time...

    Arrow Long track afternoon only

    Hi all,
I have just received a request from Manfield to post a notice here. They have today realised that the extension has already been booked for friday morning. This means that it will only be available during the afternoon. Nicksta, she did say that she has been trying to get hold of you. I don't know what this will mean for those of us volunteering. Personally, I will want time on the long track rather than flag marshalling, But I am bringing Str8jacket up now and she can shave her head and stand in for me.
Steph from Manfield was extremely apologetic about how this has gone down.

It was quite fun marshalling, especially from the hairpin... where I did one session. Great view not only of that corner but the rest of the track as well. Luckily, apart from one bird kill, there were no incidents for us to deal with.... even in the damp conditions... thanks to you guys!!

So if you can volunteer for the next one, it really is worthwhile!
