The only time when I can overtake you is when you runs out of petrol or when you get a flat tyre lol
Else, not in a million years

P.S. There should be 3 groups. Fast, Mid and "Single Cylinder Group" That includes FXR, GN, Scorpio, etc... but excludes KLR650

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

I need a good valve tune as I only getting not much more than 200 km on a full straight tank. So any peeps here know what they're doing, get in touch cuz I am blowing my fuel like there's no tomorrow. I really don't dig taking my bike into the mechanic works, as they often over charge, plus half of them don't even bother fixing bikes under 1996.

They tell me, 'we only tune new bikes and you gotta take it down to sometime garage'.

Recommendations please, because I have been meaning to get this sorted for quite some time now!

Rest of ya's are probably all having a Uni Break at the moment, so good on you chums.
I have a long term trusted and qualified bike mechanic - that's worked on all 8 of my different bikes over the years. He works from home - so NO $75 an hour. I think he said around $150-200 for my carbs to be balanced on the RF (he's got the machine to measure the airflow or whatever it is, gas)? He's pretty cool too and has been prepared to teach me as he goes i.e. tightening a chain, bleeding brakes, changing a clutch, adjusting suspension etc.

I can put you in touch - send me your mbl via a PM.

Of course fuel efficiency problems could be caused by many other things too...

I have been sitting here for half an hour trying to figure out how to set-up a calender. I am still scratching my head. I guess might have to leave this to Squiggles to set it up but yeah we have quite a few riders this Saturday.

Calendars are not hard ... u just go on the meetings and events tab and set up the ride... if u read carefully there is an option for location... if u fill this in the calender entry comes on its own... and yes Mark is a very experienced rider, and knows those roads well as he lives up north. I wouda taken his advice ! But bl man atleast u didn't have any prior demerits.. now u can join the club

oh and btw i pretty much timed myself on the ride...

we left at bout 10.45am, did legal speeds all the way, stopped for a pie at mcD's at westgate, 3 refuelling stops (1 at westgate, 1 at wellsford and 1 at whangarei), and bout 20 mins of stretch time in total and i was back home by 5

so if we meet at 9.30, leave at 10 sharp, everyone should be home by 5 comfortably and we can have a bit longer at each stop, so we have fewer but longer stops

sound gud?? hopefully stephen wont be late and raj wont get lost
