Bugger bugger bugger I would love to have a go but can't get to Taupo that weekend. Any chance it will happen at manfeild at any point as I can generally get there most days.

It's something I've always wanted to have a go at.

You will need to go with an expierenced swinger & remember that the gears & brake are around the opposite way to a regular bike.
