    I feel like shit.

I've been loaded with the cold for the past few days and now I've got a sore throat and can't talk.....that's like cutting a sprinters legs off.

    Happy fathers day to me.

Fathers Day bike show in Howick

Hey Happy fathers day all blokes, hope it's a goodin.

Local newspaper had an ad for a Father Day Bike show in Howick Aucks for any interested. It's on from 10am I believe. Said featuring Andrew Stroud. Address is Howick Community Church, 120 Picton Street, Howick, Aucks. Ad says bring your father to see new and old motorcycles on display from 9am.

We'll be tootling along to check it out, and thought I'd mention it for any interested. Dunno if it's any good, but hey any excuse to go look at bikes. Metal eye candy......

    See ya

One of my angels lives in ChCh, not a peep from her, and the other one that is here is still not up yet. They live in a different time zone to me but that will make my day last longer as a Dad eh.

I'm with you there Colapop. I've done 07:00 to 19:00 four of the last five fathers days (and 8 of 11 Christmases). Just got to enjoy your family more on the "Normal" days.

Yes, Happy Male Parental Celebration Chronological Mark Point!

I asked my Dad what he wanted he just went "meh", said Happy Father's day and what would you like to celebrate it with and he went "meh"

I think he just wants me married and have some kids to make his day! (and as far as I know, I don't have any kids? )

For all youse fellas who done the deed, good on ya all!

I just rang my Dad and had a pretty tearful conversation as it was the first time he actually said the words "I miss you" and "I love you". My Dad is a typical kiwi bloke and to hear those words was really really awesome. My sisters are taking him out for dinner tonight so he said he would raise a roast potato to me hehehehe.

Love ya DAD and Happy fathers Day to all the awesome fathers out that!!!!
