Yeah yeah yeah i second that nothing like looking at a wet and shiney set of……………… bikes muwhahahahaha

Glad you could make it also 422. Did you enjoy yourself and learn heaps?

Thanks to everyone for the help and advice last night, it was great!! I think now maybe I should cut off my stupid rear brake pedal as its just second nature to stomp on the thing still. Practice, practice, practice!!!!! and I'll get there in the end! Just a thgought but is it illegal to ride without the rear brake pedal attached? If i take it off then I'll have to get used to using the front more. Any comments if this is a good or bad idea?

Learnt a ton and enjoyed the social bit afterwards - great bunch of people.

Really appreciative that people give up so much time to help out newbs (and not so newbs).

Im hoping to make the run on Sunday - but Ill definitely be there for Wednesday - count me as a regular from now on!

Not a good idea at all. By doing this you are sacrificing 25 - 40% of your available braking. Best you just learn how to stop safely.

It is a good idea to see if you can make it a to b without using it, but if the worst happens you need all the friends you can muster.
