Nah, just another expensive retrial to see whether he can keep the insanity act up, inflictions on the same side of the body etc.

And when he was convicted, how "the look" simply disappeared and he began smiling.

At the prospect of starting yet another "should he live or die thread..." A 15c bullet would solve the problem for this ongoing oxygen thief who has nothing to offer society, ever....

I agree with the retrial, he was convicted as insane and he wasn't.
Therefore he did not get a fair trial. Made everyone look like dipsticks.

There is no doubt that he did it - how the heck can they say there was a miscarage of justice.

Shoot the bastard and save the taxpayers $$$$. Or gas him, or make him cell with Kahui (they make a nice couple).

No he wasn't... everyone saw through it and he was sentenced as a "P" head killer and sent to a prison, not an asylum... He can't use that mad look thing now though because he showed what a farce the whole act was by becoming "right" soon after... He can be BURTON's bum buddy.... Lets face it... we all know whay they like going to prison so much...

Bush justice, take him out the back and hang him from a tree by his nuts for a few days, then with his high voice and that hairdo let him be someones bitch in prison. Think he'd reoffend then?

I blame the police... don't they teach you guys to shoot any more?

I mean, in the army, they teach 2 x rounds to the head when using pistols

Yes, I stand corrected, I misread the item, (shoot me I admit it) it will be interesting what the 'suppressed' reasoning is that may not have caused a fair trial. Just need to be found guilty correctly is my point.

One good idea from China: Shoot him and charge the family for the bullet!

They can shoot Barry Hart too, I'll gladly pay for that bullet! John.

You have been watching too many movies mate :
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Yeah and I'd gladly use it to do the job.

If it's the Barry Hart I think it is, he might be a scum sucking lawyer, but he's also a biker.
