The white is definitely not primer. It has glossy coat. But the Hobag looks good in white.

haha...it is a courtesy bike from mt eden m/c while they sort a faulty sensor on the fireblade. Gave me a scooter first so i ride it to work and I back. Told them i aint riding that scooter no more cos it aint safe gimme a bike and they gave me this bike (it has got a $6,295 price tag on it).

Actually I think the white really does look good. This white colour looks like the white of a VTR1000SP2

I saw this on the Mt Eden Motorcycles site
    http://mountedenmotorcycles.bikepoin...nmotorcyclesNZ

If they'd had the white when I bought mine I would have definitely gone for it. I think it looks great.
The 07 range in Aus now come with black can as well as the wheels and frame, so I thought the can was standard till I saw your close up pics.

I think it is really nice in white has potential. I saw the Aussie Hyusongs only the 650cc came with carbon pipe and stainless downpipes while the 250cc had standard stanless pipe.

Anyway Mt Eden M/C called me this morning saying that someone was interested in looking at the Hobag so I returned it and they got me a Moto Guzzi Breva 1100cc. So check out my new ride......

Haha i told them that you can take your time to repair the fireblade. Yeah I love th V-twin power on the bike. Took it for a ride round auckland with Ewen and met up with Isaac. Free tank of petrol also.
