    I suggest you goto your accommodation, drop your bags. And ride further up the coast, there will be plenty of places you would want to get photos etc. Ride back down for BBQ, and complete the loop next day.

    Just a heads up, there is a bit of seal repairs on the roads on the west coast of Coro. So just watch out for those shaded corners.

    I may come along, but will know closer to the time with work etc.

    Not a bad idea Zapf, be cool to have some time to try for some good shots of the bikes.

    I could be keen, dont know about this 2 nighter thing? Ive done the loop before and it takes shit all time to do (full loop)

    Then again you guys are riding scorpio's and the "Mighty (P.O.S) Zongshen" (and of course are taking your time)

    Oooo, looks like there might be another gsx coming....

    is the overnight place just out of thames?? if it is i could consider taking the day off work and leaving early morning to get there and join you for friday riding, would really like to do coro loop before summer weekends and it gets clogged up with cages from auckland

    Well its te-puru. really.....Tapu is a bit futher up the coast.about 8 ks.
    u guys should take a ride up to Tapu,,there is a turnoff to the right.bit of a hard road to ride ,,if you are not on trailbikes.there is a square Kauri tree up there..worth a look..people tell me its wa started in a kerosine tin..thats why its square.
