Good on you for supporting a young rider, it's great to see people putting back into the sport, I'm sure Nicki will repay your trust with some great racing!

I suppose I better start specifying Canbrace now, Gib won't like you for this!

Congratulations Nicki - and big ups to Paul, Dianne and Canbrace for doing this.

It doesn't really surprise me though - Paul the Road Racing Old Fart has a heart of gold and would do anything for a fellow racer/biker.

He has given me untold advice about racing and setting up my CBR. (despite me being the "competition") He rescued me and a mate from a Manfeild track day when our bikes crapped out and transported us out of his way back to Welly, then drove himself back to the coast. He transported Drift'n's bike back this weekend after Luke's trailer decided to eject itself.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes and support...
I look forward to the challenge and support from Canbrace. It was awesome to see the spectators at VMCC this weekend enjoying the battles we were having on the track in clubmans, which i hope to bring to Post Classics next season. (seeing the crowd in the stands, standing and clapping as we came in made the previous 30 mins of racing even better, hope we were entertaining!)

My first ride on the Canbrace 400 was round the track at lunch with Paul on my VFR, thank you to Mel from Vic club for letting us out.

Steve.. I'll be on Tweety in F3 so we can still have our battles.... havent fully converted to the inline 4 just yet...
and hey, i'm still 20 something
