Flatmates wanted- Newmarket

Hey guys,

A room is available in the 4 bedroom villa I stay in. It's a perfect location, right inn the centre of Newmarket by the shops, but still in a quiet area away from the noise!

It's a massive villa with a massive deck, available rooms are : 2 medium doubles, 1 large double- $150 each and $165. Unfurnished.

Available- 12th October (1 room possibly sooner).

Cleaning roster to keep it decent, I'm a very tidy professional IT worker who's over the whole "student flat" thing that the boys did here the past year- It's time to live like human beings again!

Deal with your own food, cooking and dishes, bills on time and rent by AP- rent lateness &/or late bill payments = notice of eviction.

As long as the bills are paid and the house is clean, I'm a really bloody chilled out guy.

The house has most furnishings, a few more would be good.

No, but it's a safe area, dead end street, covered carport out the back, lock-up but you couldn't get your bike in there unless you wanted to store it for a month (too difficult), and didn't mind it getting spiders all through it.

Met pyrocam, meeting his mate tomorrow. Met a few others, another one tomorrow.

Only advertised for two days, but with three rooms and two weeks to fill them, I wont be hanging around waiting for long.
