I personaly believe that it was an accident, but there is a history of the Royal family acting in a manner less than shall we say diplomatic. Prince Edward married a commoner who was labotomised. That 's a fact. Just don't recall to many of the details. Then their was the theory that Jack the Ripper had Royal connections and was the reason that he was never caught.

There is no doubt that had Diana married Dodi the Muslim connection could have been embarressing if Diana herself had accepted the faith. I don't see the motive for Phillip to 'order the hit.' But I do see motive with the Church of England. This could pose a problem with the crowning on Charles.

The thing I find interesting is the flash as the Mecedes entered the tunnel. A few months after the crash there was a doco about this and they enterviewd a bystander who saw a huge flash just as the Mecedes entered the tunnel.

Appently miltary types have acess to this. If you think of a camea flash and multiply that by ???????????? god knows anyway of all the docos since the flash angle has never been discussed.

I still think it was an accident but if they wanted to get rid of her...............??
