The ABs had 72% possession. The French 28%. The result SHOULD have been beyond all doubt.
The % of passion to win was the difference. IMHO.
It's OK to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.

I'm with NH- miserable failure as a NZ'er (don't like rugby, racing or even beer that much). The French won without the hype OR the haka! they just played better. If the AB's don't like the ref they could have put in a better effort and a wider margin. Ad the ODT headlined. What a bloody waste of $50 million!!

Cheer up Bufster. Look on the bright side :-

    1) I just think it's great that the All Black Kappa Haka troupe can also play rugby.
    2) The kiwi's can still be world champs at something.......Netball
    3) At least you didn't bet 5 million on them

Hey stedy up mate, they mite not of played good in the past but the Frogs shure as hell didnt play good and won, its about Passion and how much you rely want to win. Takes me back to the World Cup soccer wich France hosted, they lost the opening game to a mino and who won the World cup that year.

So they still have the american/canook guy coaching then? I heard he jumped ship before it sank.
I hear what you are saying - but i still think that Henry should have quit. If i failed to achieve my goals in a job i wouldn't hang around.
People dont pay you for half arsed attempts.
I still think the all blacks should only be paid commision, previously sports people had to get real jobs as well as play.
Money shouldnt come into it, pride should be only your sleeve more than anything.
I think the island boys have got it worse, if you loose and you get home - somebody gonna get hurt real bad

    I'd say!!

Funny reading in the paper how all of the All Blacks players are having a wet eye because they feel responsible to the country, blah, blah, blah...

and on the next page...they get paid $7500 each for every week that they're assembled as 'The All Blacks'...and what did they do with that time...hahaha, yeah, really sincere bunch of guys.

Fitted with spouting? I think not. Gutted, more like. Figuratively, presumably.

Yep they are just a marketing tool, ever since they switched from wearing Canterbury to Addidas, what the F**k is up with this silver and Black jersey they are the ALL BLACKS

its been a blue blue day, for me anyhoo with France and Ford Oh well the beer makes it a lot less painful.
The last two Canterbury rugby shirts I purchased had "made in China" on the tags. Therefore, in my opinion, are no longer worth a pinch of shit either. In fact, since my accident, I have been wearing alot of Addidas and its working for my needs as a wheelchair user far better than anything else available. In fact, alot of my other clothing ripped or fell to bits (and more annoyingly tends to fall down every time I do a transfer off or on my wheelchair). I do not think that the ABs would play any better no matter what they was wearing. No matter how you look at it, they have played poorly and even with all the excuses about the ref etc, the better team won on the day. Thats what sport is all about and all this whinging and whineing that NZ is currently making, makes me wonder if we have become part of Australia, as we are starting to sound like them.
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.

i dont know how northern hemisphere teams can think were the best. they only ever see us at world cups, as tri nations and super 14 make too much money for other tours to happen, and when they do see us at the world cup we choke.
