I personally have just come back after 10 years all over the world and I find the men here very stand offish, I cant bloody tell by a glimpse your interested. NZ men dont compliment as much and i think this is the only country where men actually dance with men. In usa u stand by the dance floor someone will ask you to dance. Just different culture here I guess, but I agree NZ men are not as forthcoming to introducing themselves or making their interest known. Also from what I see perhaps the rate here is higher cause theres so many women here giving it up for the wrong reasons....attention acceptance peer presure and needing to feel loved blah blah blah......personally when I do it, its cause I like it

That's all good and fine - but I for one want someone who can challenge me intellectually as well. I've been with women where I couldn't help thinking "shut up dear, it's the second best thing you can do with your mouth..." and quite frankly, I don't wanna live my life feeling like a chauvanistic pig.
And it's not a bad thing if you can stand looking at her for more than 5 minutes at a time as well.

Oh absolutely! but bear in mind that this thread was talking about sexual fulfilment, not satisfaction of all aspects in a relationship...This is by far a way more complex subject, as it requires so many more level of interaction and compatibility between the two genders.
