Looks exciting. Maori activist Tame Iti is one of those arrested. Our anti-terrorism squad must be very excited to see some action.

Who would have thought, NZ's biggest terrorist threat would come from a bunch of guys wearing balaclavas doing commando roll training in the mountains.

Can you imagine how that would backfire, achieving exactly the opposite of what the assassins wanted? Police crackdowns, legislation like the Patriot Act limiting freedoms, more state surveillance, imprisonment without trial, etc etc.
Best thing a disgruntled person can do is vote and campaign and speak out, not take up arms.

He got fired from our company many moons ago for ummm "various" issues and had the cheek to file a PG (which he lost). It was quite public at the time.

Bloody morons... Honestly - sure their are 'issues' etc but training people in armed warfare with a view to killing people? Christ on a bloody crutch - there is so much good will been generated in the last generation and being embedded in legislation and training why would some dickwad wreck it all on a one in a million shot are armed revolt?

This country has never descended into the kind of racisim that others did and thus we have a platform here to get it right. What good would it serve to reproduce another Zimbabwae here?

If this turns out like it could - I hope Maori elders are very bloody critical of these pricks... Oh I'm sure it will all be the seabed and foreshore to blame but honestly - whats changed since that little shindig in real terms?

I heard that as soon as the SIS got a whisper of this, they bugged all the KFC's in the area. Nabbed them the next day. Apparently they have been planning this for quite some time now. Since the majority of tribal money was tied up with Colin Giltrap, they had to be self funded. So, 30 years ago they began stealing stuff from white folk. To make sure they had the numbers, they began a program of mass reproduction, funded in part by our very own Government. Training is vigorous and many have suffered RSI from weeks of PlayStation combat in secret locations around the country with Lion Red as their only source of food.

This will be interesting watching how Hulen (Head of SIS) responds.
