All things must be in balance. Banks is an extreemist. Not necessarily a bad thing............. but on it's own..................??. There is no electrical current without a negative charge.

Hubbard was good for making cereals.... just way too expensive though.

Hubbards cereals are cheap compared to Bank's. One of Banks major campaign planks was 'no' to ratepayers money on the Eden Park upgrade. As this was legaly 'approved' by Hubbard's Council any reneging on this agreement could cost the Auckland ratepayers more in DAMAGES and litigation costs than the upgrade.

Auckland you have been suckered good and proper

Wrong. The two ends of a circuit can both be positive (compared to an arbitrary earth), but provided there's potential difference - i.e. one's more positive than the other - current will flow.

Then how much are Komrade Klerke and the Politburo's u-turns and failed promises going to cost? For example; reneging on the promise to change the tax-rate thresholds?

Hubbard's council say they were going to give money. Bank's council say they're not. Cullen said he was going to change tax-rate thresholds, and a year later he says he's not going to after all. Perhaps you'd like to point out how one is different to the other?

Why are all the small town hicks on KB getting themselves involved in Auckland's business? A goat farmer may work as a mayor in a sleepy town, but Auckland needs a man with giant testicles. John Banks got my vote and I'm glad he is mayor. Hubbard was just gay (not that there's anything wrong with that)

The only reason most of you don't like Banks is that he is wealthy and that makes you angry. Sad, sad little kiwis.

Do we actually know what the makeup of the council is yet? Unfortuately there's not much MadDog Banks can do if it's stuffed with lefty poofs

Is this a rhetorical question? The difference is glaringly obvious....Left vs Right, compared to a slimeball LIAR vs the same slimeball LIAR.
Note...Cullen will never be seen actually standing as a candidate either.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
