just back from a nice ride over coro way - with jrandom managed to find bug J and co on the southern M way -then did the chilled run with them to the kopu turn off. then the random and I picked our way through the holiday traffic through to whanga turn off where I left them and hoofed it to pauanui to run an errand. hope the rest of the crew had a good one. the kb crew is rad as at the kopu servo a few of us all went different directions which was nice and FREEEE....good to meet stickchick and co. chuffed with it all really.and stickchick-how was that headwind for you on the way home...baha
very sad to get back and read the backfire/razya threadon the same stretch of m-way we all ran today.

All in all a good wee race today albeit a nice slow one.
Surprised at how thin the traffic was too considering the holidays,bloody brilliant it indeed.

This was my first KiwiBiker ride and I am impressed at number of people on the ride and how curtious the faster riders were. The regrouping was very well done. Great to meet Mr and Mrs Ducati and Jamie and to see familiar faces in a different environment. Got home knackered!!
