    back from napier

The ride up was great, nice slow easy cruize but got a little cold toward onga onga on highway 50. A quick wee stop for both of us then cracked on to Napier for food and beer at Aunties place.

Decided to head back today, down through Waipawa ( home town for 19 years) Wypuk etc... Planned ice cream stop in Waipawa with the next stop in Danyvegas. The wind between wypuk and vegas was hard work, over took another couple two up that stopped for what seemed a break from the wind.

Leaving vegas we hit more very strong wind and heavy rain all the way into palmy but it put our new gear to test with us both still bone dry once we got home.

Anyways, a little side tracked here but we won't be attending the ride tommorrow, have trucks to fix, bike to clean, house to clean etc etc..

Be safe out there in that wind if it is still around people, I am now shattered lol

Masterton metservice forecast. Admittedly they don't say 'gale force' anymore.

Yep, I didn't clean my bike like I had planned, so that should mean it doesn't need to rain. Not sure what I need to do to keep the wind away.

I told Trudi three weeks ago to stop feeding you with food with too much fibre. I'd see a doctor

It would be good to ride out to Castlepoint for reasons to many that are obvious. I hope the weather is kind to us, and I would like to stop off along the way on that road.

PM's welcomed if you get my drift.

    Heads Up.
Hope to see ya out at CP mate.
