What you fav. cake? My like is calleded a Hummingbird cake... has fruit like apples and quince - never found a recipe but found at Brown Sugar Cafe in Taihape....

My fav cake to make is Chocolate Cake with a thick layer Mock White icing in the middle, and Chocolate Icing on top, sprinkled with Chocolate Flakes or M&Ms (I have kids!) so yummmy!

cake for the win... and omg, my friend's vegan chocolate cake is the best in the world!! ... (psst you can use normal chocolate, but it doesnt have milk or eggs, hence why we call it vegan, but it wasnt actually made with vegans in mind) but HOLY CRAP ITS GOOD!!
