    Sean Connery, Ewan McGregor, Dougray Scott, Billy Boyd, Kyle MacLachlan, Robert Carlyle, Tom Conti, Alan Cumming....

    I think most women/blokes would agree that Sean Connery was probably the best 007.

    The accent is not that important... The voice is much much more relevant, and the mouth and the parts around the mouth as well.

    If you have a fat hag spewing forth abuse in a southern drawl it doesn't do anything good anywhere. However, if she's a buxom blonde yelling for her god in an affirmative manner things might look a bit differently.
