Yeah, the cheese cutter event doubles with the gisborne ride so I wont be going. Not that I agree with the cheese cuter rides anyway. There are plenty of backroads being ridden at pace where mistakes or running off line will send you over a bank or into a power pole or whatever. How about a ride saying they sweep road works on country roads after they have finished working on them? If you cant keep our bike on 1 side of a 2 or 3 lane highway there is something wrong. End Rant and not interested in discussing it but I wont be jumping up and down and running round on any of the cheesegrater rides.

just got back from a quick scoot round halcombe/vinegar hill with roger_doger, hainswof and tim

great ride, good to see Hainswof getting his confidence back and the gixxer running properly. timmos vfr goes like snot, very impressed! RD...well just the usual...which way'd he go?

good to get out on the bike - one day each weekend just isn't cutting the mustard now the weather is improving
