Indeed, a big thank you to all them that stood in that glorious sunshine, allowing me to rip an inch off my left footpeg, and finally get rid of the front wheel's chicken strips.
A top day out, eh Grommit, even for a mobile chicane.

big thanks to anyone that helped pull this day off! It was fantastic.

Special big thanks to whoever was in charge of the weather!
    uuhh shit... pass the aloe..

I managed to grind one chicken strip off to the very edge which I haven't seen on road tire before.

good to catch up with some of you I haven't seen for a while.

    2 things I learned:
    * Down changing into a corner without a proper blip can have delightful fishtail affect on the rear tire.
    * Don't get your knee down without sliders (now pass the cotton)

Cheers all for a pleasant day
I only posted this because of the global economic crisis

Thanks to Frosty for organising an awesome track day. The sessions ran smoothly and anyone left wanting for track time is just plain greeeedy.

A special thanks to the backstagers, martials, scrutineers, sign-in crew, subway organisers, recovery crew (and anyone else I missed), those of us who have come home sunburt, smiling and completely shagged appreciate your efforts to give us such a fun day.

Thanks to the suspension maestros Jimmy & Jonno for your help today, the R6 got better with every session.

Frosty, and all the marshals and helpers - that was a superbly-run day. The smoothest I've ever been to. Congratulations on making it such a success, even despite Taupo Raceway Management's best efforts to the contrary.

And many thanks to Jimmy for showing me some lines. Next time, can you just keep on showing me until we've passed Boomer? Cheers
