FOR SALE: 2000 Suzuki Bandit 600

This bike is also up for sale so macmotortrimmer can upgrade to the '08 Busa. It was MotoGirl's mother's bike and has only done about 1,000km in the past year so there's no point in owning it really.

    Some details about this bike:
    26,000 km
    Last serviced at 24,500km
    Front brakes are EBC HH
Tyres are Dunlop Sport Max D221 (front is 120-70/17, rear is 160-60/17) and they've done about 1,000km. We only put them on in the last couple of months.

    Extras:
    • Ventura packrack and headlight protector
    • Heavy duty DID gold chain
    • Kerker slip on pipe (which is quite loud and sounds the business)
    • Rider custom seat
    • Frame for holding Givi hardbags (optional extra, otherwise we'll take it off)
    • Protective plastic on the tank (for your knees) and on the rear tailpiece.

$5,000 for the bike on its own; otherwise $5,500 if it includes the Givi hardbags.

If you've got any questions, pm me or MotoGirl or phone 0274 345 260.

Bike has one small scratch on the front mud guard and is otherwise immaculate.

This bike is awsome step up for someone from a 250 or simlar, can tour/scratch/communte to work.

With the oil cooled lump that suzuki been using for 20 years, its pretty bullet proof engine. Its a really fun bike to ride, we all enjoy taking this bike for a blast.

And are open to discussions on the price.

We'll consider all reasonable offers. This is a damn tidy bike with lowish KM. It was mum's bike but I probably put 10,000km on it. The Bandit has always been my confidence builder so I'll be sad to see it go

Absoultly great bikes, and the 600 have always been under rated IMHO. I had a 98 600 for a couple of years prior to the SV (had a "Rider" seat on it as well), and I am actually starting to miss it a bit (still love the SV though).

Such an easy forgiving bike to ride, that would get along not to bad if you wanted it to as well.

    Good luck with the sale.

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

They get along great, that's for sure One of my favourite things about them is that the power isn't intimidating so they make such a good bike after having a 250. This will be a great ride for someone because it's such a hoot to be on!

Yes front fairing does come off, you would just need to find a headlight and interactors from something else, other than that it be good to go.
