Phone dead!

It doesnt have my phone on it, unless i skipped over it, but I dont think I did..

I put it to charge last night, (leaving it on as always) then I woke up this morning,and it was switched off.. I was like wtf mate... and when I tried to switch it on, it wouldnt come back on...

It'd done this before, but always come back on after a little fidle with the battery or whatever... but now it's not comming back on at all...

if you guys have had similar problems, any advice?

Since I havnt seen the obligatory "have you checked the obvious" post yet, here goes...

When you say you "put it to charge" last night...... Was it charging (did you check). Is the charger still plugged in, and if so, is it switched on at the wall ???

Looks like its time for another battery for you then.
Look on Trade Me...... there maybe a cheap one going...... with a still ok battery in it.

yes, it was charging, i'm not THAT blonde, and YES it was turned on at the wall.. and no the charger isnt still pluged in, i tried it again and nothing came up, so no, the charger is not doing anything. as i said, the battery could be dead (read the posts!!!!) but i'm not sure if it IS the battery.

Looks like its time for another battery for you then.

yeah, that's the list I looked at before, heh.

I guess it is time for a new one... I may as well get a whole new phone though, this one's been giving me shit for a while. (lots of different kinds of shit)

Was intended to be dismissive... perhaps I need therapy.

A death threat would have involved me saying I was going to...... followed by something like looking like the seal you have in your avatar.

ok, well my phone IS completely stuffed, went to talk to the people.. they said that the battery would cost me too much, and the phone isnt worth that much anymore...

I saw a good one for like 89bucks ... but they didnt have any in stock...

however, my main complaint is the assistant... she was so impolite and uninformative that I just wasnt going to bother asking her any more questions...

you do forget, that dependign on the store, the person only gets paid minimum wage, the job ends up being a chore to scrape meagre wages... it's not a very engaging or interesting job... When I worked at the baby factory, I always made the effort to help people, or ask an older sales rep if I didnt know. But I got paid puddle stix and eventually resigned because the amount of pay I was getting was just rediculous for the amount of work i was putting in.

A lot of people don't understand that working in customer service means that they are supposed to provide the customer with service....... and even if they did understand that, they apparently have few clues as to the meaning of the word 'service' as in assistance or help, aimed at enhancing the level of customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations.

I.E. They can't be arsed putting themselves out as long as they get paid every week regardless
